When I run the command to generate the template. How do I change the directory where it will be created. By default the template is created inside the directory c:\Users\user.… ?

The project is created in the folder where the terminal was opened. Just open the terminal in the folder where you want the project to be created, or use the 'cd' command in the terminal to navigate to the desired folder and then run the command to generate the template.
