what’s difference between image and text ? what’s the best ?

Are you talking about choosing the type of element being selected?

In this case, the ‘text’ type would be for elements that contain only text content, a phrase or a word for example. The ‘image’ type would be ideal for elements that are some symbol or icon.

In general, the ‘image’ type can always be used as it works in all cases for elements that are just text or icons.
